Real Stories from Clients Like You
I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Erin and Ascension Rehab. After overtraining and taking a fall during my first ultra, I seriously messed up my knee and was limping for weeks. Over the past six weeks, she guided me through my recovery with thoughtful, professional, and highly effective treatment. She truly listened, explained everything clearly, and tailored my rehab in a way that respected my goals while still prioritizing healing. Her expertise and calm approach made a huge difference not just physically, but mentally as well.
I have been navigating some back pain and searching for the root cause. My coach is Erin and our initial consultation was a very detailed and in depth process. Im very happy to say that I am feeling much less pain, and my movement quality during my training and in life is getting better as well. They truly do care about their clients getting the best care!
Ascension Rehab and Sport Therapy is a completely different option to traditional physical therapy and is a worthwhile endeavor if you are looking for a serious solution to either an injury or training plateau. In my case, I was able to significantly improve calf strength with a custom tailored progression plan going from having pain on long walks to being able to run properly without pain/weakness. They were also instrumental at pinpointing other pains and weaknesses that I had in my exercise routine and general motion.
Dr. Erin and Dr. Ryan are the best. As a powerlifter, I needed serious help to combat my low back pain that had been plaguing every squat and deadlift session for months without relief.
After a few follow up sessions and diligent adherence to the program, it’s now been months since I felt the pain that once seemed unavoidable, and I’m back under a barbell. I finally feel capable of training to my full potential, and that wouldn’t have been possible without their help.
If you take your training seriously, you need physical therapists who do too. Look no further.
I went to see Dr Erin after injuring my meniscus and wanting to get back to weight training. Erin helped to assure that steady progression was safe to go. After assuring my knee was good to go, Erin quickly went to work on my what would allow me to better progressively load my knee, ankle and hip mobility. Erin was attentive to feedback, checked in after sessions, and gave plenty of stretches and exercises to help with all my lower body needs and issues.
